Mutate for Digest
酶切突变工具可以在目标序列中查找与特定酶切位点最为相似的片段,并进行定点突变。此工具会展示翻译后的蛋白质序列信息,以便于查看哪一种开放阅读框被该突变修改了。酶切突变工具可以为PCR或者定点突变选择最小代价即可获取限制性酶切位点的序列位置。
输入原始序列或1至多条FASTA格式序列,长度限定在10000以内。
